Challenge

Translate a complex wellness product into clear digital journeys that help guests discover sessions, check in, and control their chamber experience.

Process

I design high-fidelity interfaces and interaction patterns in Figma,then build frontend prototypes and production interfaces in React and TypeScript. Working with product and engineering, I define requirements, resolve UX ambiguity, scope features, and coordinate delivery across 5+ stakeholders.

Outcome

Designed experiences across 6+ core product journeys and built interfaces across 10+ features, connecting product planning, interaction design, and frontend implementation.
