Challenge

Support two connected audiences: stewardship organizations managing field work, volunteers, and reporting, and trail users looking to discover trails, donate, and get involved.

Process

I shaped product strategy and UX design, translating stakeholder needs into user flows, requirements, and prioritized feature work. I managed the roadmap, backlog, project boards, documentation, and Agile processes across a team of 5 people.

Outcome
