Challenge

Make complex application requirements easier to navigate while supporting client-specific workflows, compliance requirements, and localized scheduling.

Process

I designed and implemented 10+ responsive workflows using Vue and TypeScript, creating reusable UI components across the applicant portal. I partnered with product and executive stakeholders on localized calendar and scheduling experiences, and expanded frontend testing and documentation.

Outcome

Delivered responsive application workflows and reusable components, with testing and documentation improvements contributing to a 13% reduction in user-facing bugs.
